October is Breast Cancer Month and we have gone PINK! We are doing our best to help donate some money to the Susan G. Komen Foundation again this year. There are three ways you can help us!

     1) We will donate 15% OF ALL POTTERY SALES ON WEDNESDAYS to the Susan G. Komen Foundation.

     2) Paint your piece TOTALLY PINK ANY DAY IN OCTOBER, and we will donate 10% of the sale of the piece of pottery to the Susan G. Komen Foundation.

     3) Paint our new CANCER RIBBON BANK OR RIBBON ADD-ON OR MAGNET ANY DAY IN OCTOBER and we will donate 10% of the sale of the piece of pottery to the Susan G. Komen Foundation.

If you wish to organize your own fundraiser, we can help.We have helped several customers over the past couple of years so let us know if we can help you. We can put aside a week night for you and donate all sitting fees paid that night to the Susan G. Komen Foundation or the 3 Day Org. We hope you can help us with this cause and that you will let us help you!

 

 

On Wednesday, October 6th at 10am, Thursday, October 7th at 1pm and Saturday, October 9th at 10am at our Story Time, we will read "We're Off To Find The Witch's House". It's Halloween night, and as the moon rises, four children set off to find the witch's house. on their way they encounter a host of silly, spooky characters, from a skittle-skattling skeleton to a shirking, lurking Dracula. Can they make it all the way to the witch's house? or will their fears get the best of them? The kids will paint a jack o'lantern box today. The total cost is $11.00 - there is no charge for a sitting fee for this class. Pre-registration is recommended. 856.833.1330. The session should last about an hour. If your child wants to paint a second piece after Story Time, we will charge a reduced sitting fee of $4.00 (instead of $6.00) to cover the use of paints, tools, the glazing and firing.

 

 

 

 

Our next Paint 'Til You Faint will be on Saturday, October 9th. This is also SECOND SATURDAY in Collingswood. So have dinner and then come see us to paint or - paint early and eat late. You can even bring your dinner with you or have it delivered and eat while you paint. You can paint until 11:30pm as long as you are painting by 10:30pm. Your sitting fee is reduced to $6.00 per painter starting at 7pm tonight. And as always, you can BYOB tonight. So bring some snacks or have dinner delivered and make a night of it! GLASS FUSING CLASSES

We can take a maximum of 10 people and you can start your class any time from 6pm to 7:30pm. You must call ahead and pay your sitting fee up front as a deposit (just like we do for Diva Night). Prices vary by project chosen. Call now for your reservation 856.833.1330. Sitting Fee Coupons and Filled Addicted Painters Club cards cannot be used at Glass Fusing Classes since sitting fees must be paid up front to save your spot.

  

If these classes do not work for you, Glass Fusing can still be done any time (except Diva Night).

 

PJS, PAINTING & PIZZA

Friday, October 15th 6:30pm to 8:30pm - Tinker Bell& The Great Fairy Rescue

 

Our next one is on Friday, October 15th from 6:30pm to 8:30pm. Ages 5 & Up. It's $30.00 for one child ($25.00 each for siblings). Plus your kids will wear their pjs so that they can jump into bed when they get home. So the kids will wear their pjs, eat pizza and a dessert, watch a movie or cartoons and paint a piece of pottery. Prepayment and registration is recommended. $15.00 Deposit and registration required so we can staff appropriately. So you can go out and have a romantic evening at one of Collingswood's Fabulous Restaurants or shop Collingswood's wonderful retail stores. Pick up your child by 8:30pm. A story in the style of the familiar poem, "The Night Before Christmas," tells how a housefull of monsters, goblins, witches and the like prepare for Halloween. The kids will paint a Scary Spider today. The total cost is $11.00 - there is no charge for a sitting fee for this class. Pre-registration is recommended. 856.833.1330. Our October Diva Night is on Friday, October 22nd and we are playing BINGO! The prizes will be gift certificates from restaurants and retail stores in town. This one always books in full so call soon to book your spot. This was great fun the last three years. As always, we will put out food tonight and you can bring your own food and drinks. We sell soda, water and iced tea but you can bring your own wine, beer or cocktail. Early reservations and your $8.00 deposit are required. We have sold out in the past and many hopeful Divas were disappointed.

So make your reservations early. We will have Tom Jenkins, a Certified Massage Therapist from Yogawood of Collingswood - again providing you the opportunity to have a great massage at $1.00 per minute. Talk about heaven!
