In early 1997, Pam O’Brien was more than ready to leave her 25+ year career in the insurance industry and try something creative. Her daughter, Kimberley Raiguel, was living in Salisbury, MD and was directing a live newscast at a local ABC affiliate station.  Pam had heard of the new trend of pottery painting and in April paid a visit to a studio in Pennsylvania, the only studio in our area at that time. Six months later, Pam, with the help of husband Pat & daughter Kim, opened , South Jersey’s Original Paint Your Own Pottery Studio, in charming, historic Haddonfield. After 10 years in business, moved to their current location in Collingswood.

A family owned business, our only priority is to make your visit to our studio a pleasant and memorable time.  We've been open since October 1997 and we’re still having fun. The best part of this business is the people who frequent our lives. We have made many new friends since we opened our doors. They become part of our family. Our staff is family too. Tina started with us the fall of 2001 and has become family. Tina was promoted in 2007 to Assistant Manager of She truly acts more like one of the owners than an employee with her deep concern and care of our business. She has always mothered all of us and so she has been a natural at helping our company grow at our new location in Collingswood. Terry, a customer since we opened, joined us January 2005. She loves her job and works so hard. She tells us she is never leaving! Julia joined us the fall of 2007. She is in her first year at NYU and will help out when she is home over the holidays. She works very hard and takes pride in her work. Becca & Vickie are both away at college now too but will help out over holidays and we love when they all come back. Tina's daughter Catherine has been coming in to help her Mom on busy days since she was little. She is now 17 and officially joined the crew at spring of 2008 and we are thrilled to have her. We have added three new faces over the last month or two - Kyra, Kim & Grace. They got thrown into the mayhem of the holiday season at and they survived and actually stood strong and helped us have another very successful year. We continue to be blessed as all of our employees are wonderful additions to

But our best addition so far has been my granddaughter and Kim's daughter, Ryleigh Daisy. She is such a happy child - we love having her with us in the studio. She is one of our best painters already. She loves to paint and even as young as she is, she is so excited when her pieces come out of the kiln all shiny and pretty. She started first grade this fall and so is not spending much time at the studio anymore (which I am not happy about). When she does come in now, she has taken to setting up a "stand" with her "artwork" and is trying to sell it to our customers for a nickel, $10.00 or maybe even a kleenex. She will definitely barter with you. A little entrepreneur in training! She just asked me if she could work at when she gets older and wondered if I would be retired by then! She prefers that I keep working so that I can be her boss! She loves to help set up tables for customers or help in any way that she is allowed. You'll find all of our staff helpful and friendly and oh, so patient. We love our jobs and we love our customers!
